Medsolve Dynamics was not founded by career consultants; it was built by practitioners. Our founder spent twenty years on the vendor side of oncology capital and service deals. Our senior consultants have run radiation oncology departments and cancer centers and understand the care your patients receive. We built this firm because no one else was combining both perspectives for programs that needed it.
Yoel Bakas, MBA, Founder and Managing Director
Yoel Bakas is the founder of Medsolve Dynamics, an oncology consulting firm that works with cancer programs on capital, service contracts, margin and AI. Before that he spent twenty years on the vendor side: he ran the oncology national accounts at GE HealthCare, where he built GEMINI-RT, the GE and Mayo Clinic AI collaboration; global strategic operations, software and customer success at ViewRay; global sales at Mevion; and, for thirteen years, some of the biggest national accounts at Varian. He holds a computer science degree and an MBA in AI, and is Harvard Medical AI certified.
